Also, posting an advertisement with TrichyClassifieds.com, in any of the Categories will be subject to the Terms and Conditions including amendments, if any, specified at TrichyClassifieds.com. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

Terms and Conditions :

User Registration, Payments and Access Restrictions.

1. You have to be a registered user to access our services. 2. USER REGISTRATION is FREE. 3. By registering as a user, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or above. 4. After registering as user, you will be allowed to view Advertisements posted in the site. 5. Advertisement posting is Chargable as per our recent Ratecard. 6. Payments can be made online using Credit Card, or through ICICI bank or can mde through crossed DD favouring "Sri Jayaram Infotech" payable at Chennai. 7. For outstation cheques, please add Rs.25/- to Advertisement Charges. 8. Renewals, whereever applicable, should be done within 10 days after the due date, failing which the advertisement will expire and will be removed. 9. By posting an advertisement with our site, you permit TrichyClassifieds.com to display/publish your advertisement. 10. You understand that TrichyClassifieds.com does not screen any user registration / advertisements. 11. You also agree that TrichyClassifieds.com is not liable for any correspondences/enquiries made to you by displaying your advertisement at our site. 12. You also understand that TrichyClassifieds.com reserves the right to publish/reject your advertisement registered with our site, at any point of time, with or without notice to you.

TrichyClassifieds.com - Responsibilities:

1. We at TrichyClassifieds.com, respects the privacy of our registered users. We assure the the user that we at TrichyClassifieds.com, will not SELL or RENT our user database for any reason. However, TrichyClassifieds.com, from time to time, may send you promotional mailers and offers from our partners. 2. If at any time you feel that, your privacy has been breached, please let us know immediately. 3. We urge you to look at our Privacy Policy. 4. We recommend to our users that while responding to any advertisement on the site, to ascertain the veracity of the details provided in our site. 5. We at TrichyClassifieds.com, publish advertisements or Classifieds or profiles as provided by the user during the time of registration with our site, and thus accepting to our terms and conditions. 6. The services are provided in total confidence and in good faith in the user. 7. This does not endorse that it is our responsibility to verify every details provided. 8. We hereby declare that we DO NOT verify any details provided in our pages and that they are displayed according to our Site's regulations. 8. TrichyClassifieds.com or any of the management, partners, employees of TrichyClassifieds.com, CANNOT be held responsible for future consequences, in case the details/claims made in our advertisements or classifieds or profiles, is found false. 9. TrichyClassifieds.com, assigns the responsibility of verifying the details of the advertisers to the users. 10. By displaying any advertisement of our business partners/associates/service providers, we hereby DO NOT endorse their services. 11. The users are requested to check with our business partners/associates/service providers for the services concerned by them and re-assure themselves about the quality of services. 12. TrichyClassifieds.com cannot be held responsible for their services.

User Responsibilites :

1. As a user, you are responsible for the information provided to us. So, please keep us updated with the latest information, at least once in a month. 2. You can terminate the services availed by you anytime by communicating us. 3. You AGREE that none of the details furnished in our pages are previewed/scanned/verified and is provided on AS-IS-WHERE-IS basis, by us and that TrichyClassifieds.com does not gaurantee any information found in the pages to be perfect, either implicitly or explicitly, statutory or otherwise. 4. You agree that it is your responsibility to re-check the genuinity of all information provided to us before proceeding further on any matter. 5. You also agree that it is at your responsibility and risk, that you are furnishing every information to us for listing on our webpages. 6. You also agree that you will not Post any Obscene/porn or adult or Spam material on our site. We do not accept such advertisement material. Users found posting such advertisements will be banned from using our website for a period of one year. 12. These terms and conditions may vary from time-to-time. Hence, you agree that you are bound by the LATEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS that are applicable at our site. 13. Any of the services offered at our site can be suspended/terminated at any time with or without notice to the user and can be re-inducted at anytime. 14. TrichyClassifieds.com does not have any brokers/third party to transact with their members. So, we advice our members to be cautious with such people who claim to be our agents/brokers.

We hereby expressly disclaim any implied warranties imposed by the laws of any jurisdiction. We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the Chennai jurisdiction only of the courts of the state of Tamilnadu, India.
